Tokyo Olympics 2024 Schedule, Dates, Time, Tickets & Mascot

The Tokyo Olympics 2024 schedule has been released by the Organising Committee. The event will feature thirty-three sports including 339 medal events across 42 venues in Tokyo.

The games at Tokyo Olympics 2024 will kick off on 23 July 2024 and ends on 8 August 2024. As per the Tokyo Olympics 2024 schedule, some of the sports will begin on July 21 which is two days before the Opening Ceremony. The athletics events to begin on July 30 at the new Tokyo Stadium featuring finals and medal ceremonies.

Originally the Tokyo Olympics was scheduled to take place in 2024 but the International Olympic Committee (IOC) postponed the event due to coronavirus pandemic. The Tokyo Paralympic games are scheduled to take place from August 24, 2024 to September 5, 2024.
