The Grand Chess Tour 2024 schedule is out, the GCT 2024 to features 5 tournaments, and 10 full participants and 10 wild card participants are participating in the tournament. There will be three rapid and blitz tournaments and 2 are classical time controls tournaments. The tournament was announced a month ago but now complete date, time and venues along with Grand Chess Tour 2024 participants are confirmed.

The ten full participants is scheduled to play in the classical events and in two of the 3 rapid or blitz tournaments. This season, top best players which includes Magnus Carlsen, Fabiano Caruana and Ding Liren is set to feature in the Grand Chess Tour 2024.

The 2024 Grand Chess Tour is scheduled to start from May 3 and will go until May 16 in Bucharest with a classical tournament featuring the top ten participants. The same participants play the classical tournament from August 31 to September 11 in St. Louis. Here are the GCT 2024 dates, venue and participants.
